HAMILTON, Judge. This is an appeal from an award of the Full Industrial Board of Indiana, granting appellees compensation as the surviving dependent widow and minor child, respectively, of one William Twining, who lost his life April 5, 1944, as a result of accidental injuries received while riding upon a fire truck, responding to a fire alarm in the course of his employment with appellant as a volunteer fireman. The error assigned and relied upon for reversal is that the award of the Full Industrial Board is contrary to law.
